In this project, we designed a controller that managed the temperature of a toaster oven through the reflow process to solder components onto PCBs.

These plots represent our goals compared to the outcomes. After the initial ramp up to 150°C, the oven preheats the PCB for a period of time before ramping up to reflow temperatures of 220°C.

The result was a successfully soldered PCB that was used in the Coin Picking Robot project.
